The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding. Upon program completion, high-performing interns may have an opportunity to return to Lennar as part of the Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) program.Responsibilities:Ingest, analyze, and organize raw data into easy-to-use data sets for analysts, data scientists, and machine learnersAssist in building data systems and pipelines leveraging dbt, Snowflake, and PrefectConduct complex data analysis and report on resultsPrepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelingBuild algorithms and prototypesCombine raw information from different sourcesExplore ways to enhance data quality and reliabilityIdentify opportunities for data acquisitionCollaborate with data scientists and architects on several projectsRequirements:Current Junior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 2 years (preferred)Working towards a bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, math, computer science, or similar field (preferred)Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
