Straightline Allied is not only looking to give you a job, we are focused on offering a long-term profession.Description:The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling moving services and reaching departmental sales goals. The OSR will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales, and communication skills. This individual will follow up on pre-generated leads and prospect calls. They will be involved in the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers to close sales. Administrative duties such as handling inbound and outbound phone calls and setting appointments as needed.Benefits:

- Follow up on pre-generated prospects and sale leads by providing service information and virtual moving service assessments.
- Perform in-home estimates when necessary
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sale process and eventually close on the leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches, and act as a key liaison between the lead-generating personnel and the strategic sales leaders.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail to cross-sell and up-sell services.
- Emphasize service features and benefits.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers, and provide a customer-satisfaction-oriented service.
