
Executive Assistant to the President

- Manage the President’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, board commitments, and personal appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up for internal and external meetings.
- Track and manage deadlines, priorities, and initiatives requiring the President’s attention.
- Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips.
- Maintain an organized filing system of documents, contacts, and reference materials.
- Liaise with senior leadership, staff, and board members to ensure smooth communication and alignment with the President’s vision and priorities.
- Handle personal appointments, errands, and household/vendor coordination as needed to ensure the President’s personal life runs smoothly alongside professional responsibilities.
- Manage personal correspondence, gifts, and charitable contributions on behalf of the President.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the President, maintaining the highest level of discretion in all matters.
- Manage sensitive information related to personnel, negotiations, finances, and personal matters with absolute confidentiality.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience supporting a senior executive, ideally in the arts or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and anticipate needs in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft polished correspondence and represent the President professionally.
- High emotional intelligence, tact and judgment when working with a large range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office suite) with strong facility in MS Outlook.
- Flexible, resourceful, and composed under pressure.
- Availability outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Highly polished, professional and poised in all settings.
- Strong work ethic, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- A passion for theater is a plus.
