- Assist in supervising daily BOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

- Previous experience in a culinary leadership role (Lead Line Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of food and labor controls, BOH operations, and inventory management.
- Solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, delegate, and motivate staff.
