- Assist in developing project goals, schedules, and budgets
- Support client communication and rapport-building
- Help coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation
- Contribute to project budget development
- Assist in managing vendor and contractor selection processes
- Participate in project meetings and coordination exercises
- Help monitor project performance against schedules and milestones
- Support senior team members in project execution
- Assist in maintaining project and client-related information
- Develop understanding of JLL procedures, methodology, and practices
- Gain knowledge of various project management aspects
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related activity
- Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and MS Project
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- LEED, PMP certifications are a plus
- May work at client site or project location
- Some travel may be required (0-25%)
