Base salary is $100k, with on-target earnings of $200k-$300k in year one through incentives.

The role involves managing a high-volume docket of first-party property insurance cases in pre-litigation (no trials).Key responsibilities include:
Handling first-party property damage disputes against insurance companies
Managing a high-volume docket through early-stage resolution and negotiation
Reviewing insurance policies, damage reports, and claim documentation
Drafting demands and handling correspondence with carriers
Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed and empowered
Working collaboratively with the support team to resolve claims quickly and effectively
No cold business development-qualified leads are provided through inbound traffic
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
7+ years of experience in plaintiff or defense-side property damage insurance claims
Strong knowledge of property damage claims and first-party coverage issues
Ability to manage a large docket with attention to detail and efficiency
Comfortable with legal technology and modern case management systems
Excellent negotiation, writing, and client communication skills
