- Base Annual Range: $65,500-$75,000
- Lead the creation and execution of branded, impactful email campaigns for GOLFTEC and SKYTRAK.
- Build and optimize automated journeys (onboarding, retention, upsell, win-back).
- Use CRM and behavioral data to craft smart segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to continually raise the bar.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and global opt-in regulations.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Design, and International teams to create inspiring customer experiences.
- 3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally consumer focused.
- Expertise in enterprise CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong background in automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
- A detail-obsessed marketer with excellent creative and analytical skills.
- Comfortability with adapting quickly in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Bonus: A passion for golf, sports, or technology.
