We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in a player-coach role — equally capable of leading teams and contributing directly to technical execution. This role blends technical leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure our Salesforce platform supports business growth, operational efficiency, and customer success.ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of Salesforce administratorsFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvementArchitect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goalsOversee development, customization, and integration of Salesforce applicationsEnsure adherence to best practices in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrationsLead team members from stakeholder management to solution design and releaseCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and FinanceContribute to work sizing, scoping activities, and release planningImplement robust change management and release processesEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external standardsConduct code reviews and enforce development standardsTranslate business needs into technical solutionsServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Salesforce capabilities and roadmapRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning, and integrations2+ years in a leadership or managerial roleProven experience driving hands-on execution in technical Salesforce domains while simultaneously providing strategic direction and people leadership.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or equivalent)Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud or Marketing CloudStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsBackground in B2B enterprise SaaS environmentsEligibility RequirementsThis role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States.
