Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support our construction team on commercial and multifamily projects in the Florence area. You will play a critical role in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in construction management while working on a diverse portfolio of projects on the Oregon Coast.Key Responsibilities:Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with daily project operations, scheduling, and coordination.Prepare, review, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Maintain accurate project records including meeting minutes, logs, and reports.Support estimating, budgeting, and cost control efforts throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to schedule.Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and turnover documentatioMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
