  • Order Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders and communications in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Customer & Employee Support: Respond promptly to calls, triage needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective follow-up.
  • Staffing Coordination: Match qualified field staff with customer requests, ensuring the best fit for both parties.
  • Payroll Assistance: Review staff timesheets and pre-billing reports to support payroll activities.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all company, customer, and employee information.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in administrative support, scheduling, or customer service; human services or healthcare background is a plus.
  • A passion for helping others and contributing to a team-oriented culture.
  • Experience: At least one year in customer service, administrative support, or as a staffing coordinator/scheduler.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and quality, exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter: Internally motivated and capable of working independently while achieving set goals.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Able to connect and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in human services or healthcare is highly desirable.
This is a regular, full-time position, working year-round. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday- Friday, Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on site, 2 days work from home)Arbor Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
