- 5+ years' experience in Commercial Concrete Construction, Slab, Podium Deck, Flatwork, Curb and Gutter
- Previous experience in a concrete project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred, but not required
- Experience with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect, Procore a plus.
- Ability to read civil plans and develop cost estimates.
- Detail orientated with ability to pick out details within huge plans.
- Process driven with ability to pivot and adapt to each project/issue/challenge.
- Concrete, asphalt, base stone, and excavation experience.
- Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage own work and ask questions until resolution is achieved.
