- Reviewing and making recommendations in all union and management agreements
- Coordinating problem resolution for identified issues
- Providing employee relations training
- Ensuring the State Employee Relations Tracking System (SERTS) is updated timely
- Working with managers to gather contract details and prepare arguments for Preservation of Bargaining Unit Work submissions
- Participating in unemployment compensation hearings
- Tracking Temporary Working Out of Class (TWOC) reports
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. AWS (alternate work schedule) may be available.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Allentown. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. - One year as a Human Resource Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of analytical experience that includes two years of professional human resource experience, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
