Estimating project costs accurately requires detailed knowledge of construction materials, specifications, techniques, codes, and pricing trends.Please send us your resume if you can do the following things (or are willing to invest your time to learn them). Utilize Bluebeam software to prepare quantity takeoffs
Prepare estimates for new projects bidding
Prepare proposals for new projects bidding and submit to customers
Follow up with customers after bid submittal
Prepare change orders for ongoing projects
Develop and maintain client relationships through phone calls and periodic job site visits
Attend pre-construction meetings
Attend networking and business development events
Proficiently utilize the Microsoft Office suite
Be well-organized and detail-oriented
Possess good written and verbal communication skills
