- Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states, advising on best practices and risk mitigation.
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee and continuously improve the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, ensuring fairness and effectiveness.
- Manage the entire employee review process, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Lead initiatives around employee engagement, promotions, and career development programs.
- Oversee salary reviews and compensation planning, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Drive compliance training and ensure timely completion of required learning and development initiatives.
- Own and refine time-off management, reporting, and tracking.
- Manage audit requirements, ensuring all HR documentation and procedures meet industry and legal standards.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with IT to streamline the new hire onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for employees.
