
Marketplace Marketing Manager

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Marketplace and Strategic Partner solutions to customers and resellers
- Create integrated multi-channel programs using email, digital, events, direct mail, and content to drive partner awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in product marketing, sales, customer success, and creative to align messaging and execution
- Support lifecycle marketing efforts by mapping Marketplace content and promotions to key stages of the customer and reseller journey
- Establish program goals and KPIs; track campaign performance, report results, and identify areas for optimization
- Maintain alignment with Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Marketplace offerings and help drive demand through campaigns, enablement, and communications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with customer or field marketing exposure
- Proven ability to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging to varied audiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to inform decisions
- Familiarity with the software industry; HCM experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent business experience
- Ability to travel occasionally as required
