- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.
- Collaborating with clients to develop coping skills, stress management techniques, and strategies for improving overall well-being.
- Monitoring clients' progress throughout treatment and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Providing crisis intervention and support as needed to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), preferred
- Demonstrated experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health concerns.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining clinical documentation.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of mental health therapy.
