If you are a therapist with a strong background in mental health counseling and a genuine desire to help individuals overcome challenges, you could be an excellent fit for this role. We are seeking candidates who are empathetic, culturally competent, and adept at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.What Will I Be Doing?
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop coping skills, stress management techniques, and strategies for improving overall well-being.
  • Monitoring clients' progress throughout treatment and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Providing crisis intervention and support as needed to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), preferred
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health concerns.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining clinical documentation.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of mental health therapy.
