- Compensation: Based on relevant prior work experience, our salary scale starting at $31,310 (see salary scale
- Retirement: New hires participate in a 403(b); Propel contributes 5% automatically and matches up to 4%. This increases after 5 years.

- Tuition Assistance: Reimbursement of up to $3,000 annually upon completion of course and receipt of grades for coursework that meets our eligibility requirements.

- Gather, organize, and interpret assessment data on identified scholars.
- Utilize best practice instructional strategies and research-based intervention methods and strategies to meet the learning needs of identified scholars.
- Model the use of intervention strategies, through their use in the classroom, to general and special education educators.
- Analyze existing scholar achievement data and administer scholar assessment and progress monitoring instruments as needed to aid in the diagnosis of math deficits and progress monitoring of identified scholars.
- Attend professional development opportunities that promote improved instructional strategies and support researched-based resource materials needed to implement the intervention program successfully and support/maintain professional growth.
- Communicate regularly with the Math Fluency Coordinator and utilize the support and feedback provided to improve practice.
- Perform any other task as determined by the Director of Math & Science.
