- Engage prospects who have stayed at a Westgate location resort (i.e. renters, exchangers, owner referrals who toured and did not buy or did not tour) and VOA members (Used & Expired) via video conference to present a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)
- Build and maintain strong relationships first time buyers.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a minimum 90-day average net volume of $33,000.
- Follow up with First Time Buyers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Take a minimum of Two (2) virtual tours per day.
- Proven experience in sales (virtual sales experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with CRM tools and online sales platforms
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with video calls and other virtual communication tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three to six months 6 months of Timeshare or other Sales related experience.
- Florida Real Estate License
