Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Network TransformationPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex Telecommunications Network Modernization initiative. This role requires deep technical expertise in legacy and modern communication circuit technologies and a strong background in managing large-scale circuit migration projects involving both fiber and wireless solutions.The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of TDM, Ethernet, MPLS, E-Line, and E-LAN technologies, and demonstrate exceptional coordination and leadership abilities to drive results across multi-site environments.Location: Hybrid (New York City Metro Area Residents Only)
Duration: 12+ Months (with potential for extension) Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of network transformation projects, focusing on the migration of legacy circuits (POTS, 56K, T1) to modern platforms (MPLS, Ethernet, E-Line, E-LAN)
Coordinate with internal teams, telecom, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and testing of new fiber and wireless circuits
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple locations and stakeholders, driving optimization under tight timelines
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and other project management tools
Facilitate recurring project status meetings and provide concise, actionable updates to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure alignment with technical requirements, business goals, and operational timelines
Support dynamic project needs with a quick learning curve and flexible problem-solving approach

This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.**All Candidates Must be Authorized to Legally Work in the US Without Sponsorship**Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)

5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure
Strong understanding of TDM, Ethernet, MPLS, E-Line, and E-LAN technologies
Proven experience with circuit migration projects, including fiber and wireless
Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel - including pivot tables, SharePoint, Teams)
Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and executive stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to work independently under pressure
Proven experience managing project budgets and resource allocations

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., NERC/CIP compliance)
Familiarity with telecom carrier coordination, circuit provisioning, and site survey documentation

Technical Skill Set:

Must Have:

○ MS 365 Proficiency: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Project
