Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of predictive models, algorithms, and data products.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into data science solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Establish best practices for data governance, model validation, and ethical AI use.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (You're good at)
Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions in a business setting.
Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
