- Serve as the lead relationship manager for national accounts.
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities across the United States.
- Oversee client onboarding and implementation, including custom instructions and expectations.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Represent Ethos Risk Services at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Communicate market feedback, competitive intel, and new opportunities to leadership.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and growth goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a minimum of 2 years in the insurance investigations industry (required).
- Proven success in meeting revenue targets and managing high-level client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- High level of professionalism and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
