- Ph.D. in Human Factors, Human Factors Engineering, Cognition, Physiology, Ergonomics or Biomechanics, Human Computer Interaction, Systems Engineering, Applied Human Factors, or Industrial Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated competency in human factors-related studies and practices.
- Demonstrated industry or government experience related to leadership of academic programs as well as human cognitive, physiological, psychological, or biomechanical performance; human-system interface; designing for human interface; and related skills.
- Track record and active research agenda commensurate with a tenured associate professor.
