Clearance Required: Active Secret ClearanceOverviewPhased n Research is seeking a Senior Radar Hardware Engineer to provide hardware engineering services support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) program. This role is an opportunity to directly support our nation's defense by contributing to one of the most advanced radar systems in operation.As a member of the combined engineering team responsible for discrimination radars, you will collaborate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads and the Program Chief Engineer to ensure successful hardware development, production, testing, and deployment.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and programmatic support to radar hardware IPT leads and the program chief engineer.Oversee hardware development, production, and system integration at test and tactical sites.Analyze radar hardware test results and perform detailed failure analysis.Evaluate hardware non-conformances and identify/assess system-level issues.Provide recommendations to IPT leads to resolve technical and programmatic challenges.Support documentation, reporting, and communication across stakeholders.Travel up to 25% to support program needs.Required QualificationsMaster's degree in a STEM discipline.Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering.Hands-on radar hardware engineering experience (design, production, or sustainment).Experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) program office (any service or DoD agency).Active Secret security clearance.Desired QualificationsExperience supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).Experience with missile defense radar systems.Why Join UsAt Phased n Research, we pride ourselves on innovation, technical excellence, and a commitment to advancing national defense.
