- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in clinical, quality management, or healthcare improvement roles
- Demonstrated experience in performance improvement, quality measure reporting, and supporting cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Vizient Clinical Database, CMS stars, EPIC and Cogito preferred
- Master s Degree preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, CPHQ, CPPS, CPXP, or equivalent highly desired
- Apply Performance Improvement methods to support goal setting, as well as process, outcomes, and proxy measures, cascading to sites and service lines.
- Partner with equity, high reliability and safety, patient experience, and regulatory.
- Serve as a connector to other Performance Improvement business units for a cohesive system approach.
- Lead and support hospital-wide and system-wide performance improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement science methodologies.
- Provide education, coaching, and mentorship in quality and Performance Improvement methods.
- Coordinate regular communications with internal and external stakeholders. Lead and participate in key committees and forums.
- Facilitate conversations across all staff levels, enabling organizational learning and ownership of performance metrics.
