Production ManagerOur client is a long-standing manufacturing company that takes pride in high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and reliable service. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to maintain strong shop organization, lead and train their crew, and ensure efficiency across operations.Responsibilities:-Supervise and guide the crew to ensure punctuality, productivity, and full engagement throughout the workday.
-Train and cross-train team members on fabrication techniques, quality standards, and overall manufacturing objectives.
-Oversee shop organization and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
-Manage and account for all assigned materials, tools, and equipment.Job RequirementsRequirements:-Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least three years in a supervisory role.
-Proficient in reading, interpreting, and applying fabrication and assembly blueprints and hand drawings.
- Basic AutoCAD experience
-Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating and working with a team of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
