- Set up accounts in Ezlynx and process FNOS and FNOS Renewal tasks.
- Assist with indexing emails, including creating tasks from incoming requests and ensuring timely follow - up.
- Review policies to see if active or cancelled prior to proactive renewal call. Process cancellations, billing inquiry, audit follow up and other insurance related processing.
- Receives incoming phone calls regarding a policy document request, billing inquiry or renewal review.
- Take ownership. Maintain adequate suspense on outstanding items and follow up in a timely manner until its conclusion.
- Participate in training, with an expected duration of 2 - 3 weeks.
- Strong background in P&C is preferred.
