We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide essential in-home support for patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). We currently have exciting openings for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions available. We deeply value collaboration, professionalism, and upholding the dignity of every individual we serve.   • Provide personal care to patients in their home setting.
  • Consistent utilization of safety measures to ensure patient well-being.
  • Maintain communication with your supervisor regarding any changes in a patient's condition.
  • Accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Observe patients for any changes in their condition or behavior and report them promptly to your supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Active CNA license is required.
  • Experience performing the following care tasks:
  • Feeding tube care (G tube or PEG tube)
  • Bi-PAP
  • Cough Assist
  • Suction Machine
  • Hoyer Lift
  • High school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
  • Good physical health to ensure safe performance of job duties.
  • Ability to safely handle body fluids and hazardous waste products.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with both patients and staff.
  • The ability to meet all standard personnel qualifications.
