We listen, we respond, we follow through, and we deliver on our promises.Key Responsibilities with Success MetricsKey Responsibility #1: Create a warm, memorable first impression for walk-in traffic and engage customers in a consultative conversation that leads to a formal quote and subsequent sale.Success Metric: Your total number of sales transactions or new quotes per day should be equal to 80% of incoming traffic.Key Responsibility #2: Actively respond to voicemails, emails, webchat, and online inquiries.Success Metric: Acknowledge voicemails and emails within 45 minutes of receipt and provide resolution within two hours. Engage webchat within 8 minutes of inquiry.Key Responsibility #3: Proactively schedule and follow up with open quotes daily.Success Metric: Run open quote reports during every third shift by 12:00 PM and utilize CRM to schedule, execute, and document follow-up, with a 70% close rate from these follow-ups.Key Responsibility #4: Complete opening and closing procedures based on shift assignment.Success Metric: 100% score on 2 - 4 quality assurance checks per month.Key Responsibility #5: Input daily key metrics and drivers in the end-of-day report.Success Metric: Accurately record number of daily sales, written quotes, sales invoices, extended service contracts sold, margin per sale, open quotes marked for follow-up, and the day's cleaning schedule at the end of each shift.If This Sounds Like You - Apply Now!
