- Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 1+ year of professional work experience
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
- Knowledge of securitized credit and CLOs
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research which can be additive to the investment process
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior experience with databases and SQL is a plus
- Progress toward CFA designation is a plus
