  • Herriman: Thursday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday, 10am to 10pm
We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:
  • Medication set up and oversight
  • Vent and trach care
Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of CareProvide in home assessmentsMonitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informedProactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns * Working for a company that has won Leader in Experience 8 years in a row!Benefits We Offer to RN and LPN:At BrightStar Care we value each of our employees and care about their well-being.   • Must have at least 1 year nursing experience
  • Must have experience with vents and trachs
Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in UtahCertified CPR and ACLS CertificationNegative TB skin test or chest x-rayMust be able to pass a drug test and a background checkLicensed driver with valid automobile insuranceMust be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
