
Social Media Specialist II

- Analyze, interpret and synthesize social data into meaningful insights, including creative optimization suggestions
- Serve as a point of contact for all paid content-related inquiries and projects
- Identify new content opportunities based on performance analysis and suggest campaign optimizations
- Use Asana to track all social and influencer content across multiple agencies and internal stakeholders
- Act as program manager for social and influencer paid content
- Utilize strong project management skills to plan, schedule, and track marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery
- Oversee daily campaign optimization and ensure cost effectiveness while maximizing ROI
- Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, and recommendations for program optimizations
- Support the management of outside agencies and program resources to effectively execute projects
- Collaborate and effectively partner with cross-functional teams to drive success of shared goals
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and constantly seeking opportunities to optimize campaign performance
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Program Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment, consumer or tech preferred; Working directly in paid social or marketing
- Proven experience in social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads manager, Snap Ads manager, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Creative thinker able to translate insights into culturally relevant content ideas/engagement strategies for diverse audiences
- Proactive self-starting approach and hunger to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to turn data points and analytics into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance, and to summarize key information for senior leaders
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully, prioritize effectively, and navigate high-pressure situations
- Ability to formulate an informed POV and clearly articulate it to key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders
- Asana experience a plus
