- Accept a variety of insurance panels, including Medicaid/OHP, to reduce financial barriers for families seeking high quality services
- Provide skilled 1:1 service to clients in 5 locations (2 clinics, 3 schools)
- Offer skilled, HIPAA compliant telehealth options
- Collaborative model of treatment where clients are encouraged to work with more than one therapist
- Multiple specialties (feeding/swallowing, orofacial-myofunctional therapy (OMT), AAC, language, literacy, behavioral voice, executive functioning, etc.)
- Data driven therapy model so that sessions are paid for families by insurance panels
- Advanced training for our team so they are looking through a skilled lens in their therapeutic approach
- Paid continuing education & mentorship for staff members
- Collaboration with outside providers; listening to our pediatricians, dentists, orthodontists, school team members

- Produce comprehensive Speech, Language, and/or Feeding Evaluations to the Parkwood standard of quality
- Treatment of clients across all ages and abilities continuum
- Use of Ensora Therapy Rehab Suite (formerly Fusion Web Clinic) EMR to support the clinical documentation process, including but not limited to:
- Evaluation writing
- Goal writing
- Completing letters of medical necessity
- Treatment notes (including the use of correct CPT Code(s) & ICD-10(s))
- Re-evaluations
- Screenings
- Signed Mutual Exchanges of Information
- Correspondence with referring providers/interdisciplinary communication & collaboration
- Maintain all requirements for ASHA & Oregon Board licensure
- Maintain CEU credits
- Feeding/AAC/OMT training preferred
- OMT and/or Feeding training and experience
- Enjoys working with the pediatric population and their families/caregivers
- Creative, wholistic approach to treatment
- Ex. Considering the role of orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMD) in articulation errors and behavioral patterns
- Strong behavior management skills across pediatric populations
- Driven to meet clinic and client goals/targets
- Ability to initiate and foster professional relationships
