The assistant superintendent will work with the Lead Superintendent in field activities such as RFI's, submittals and other superintendent responsibilities. They assistant superintendent will offer support to the Project Manager as well.Construction Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage project responsibilities from start to finish
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases under Lead Superintendent
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional onsite working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

  • 1-3 years of construction experience
  • Prior experience in a construction management capacity such as Field Engineer, Project Engineer or Asst. Superintendent
  • Commercial Construction experience
  • Experience with Procore or other construction soft wares
  • Construction degree or coursework a plus
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
