Responsibilities:The Supervisor Social Work MSW is responsible for facilitating implementation of standards of care for social work services in the home health and hospice setting through supervision of clinical field staff:Provides supervision and general oversight of social work services within scope of clinical practiceProvides supervision for all social work home health visits according to regulationAssists with oversight and direction for field clinician annual competencies and education requirementsFunctions as a resource for field clinicians relative to social programs in each marketProvides feedback to agency supervisor regarding individual field clinician performanceProvides consult to field clinicians regarding any ethical issues or reportable vulnerability issuesAbility to provide home visits if indicatedParticipates in new hire orientation process as indicatedAbility to perform basic computer functions, maintain a private workspace for remote interactionsQualifications:Graduate of a master’s program or doctoral degree in social work accredited by the council on social work educationMaster Social Worker: ND (MSW:ND)Master Social Worker: MN (MSW:MN)One year experience in healthcarePreferredHospice and/or Home Health experience
