- Understanding of Quality Control and Assurance principals and responsibilities
- Coordinate and verify electrical instrumentation installation.
- Issue tracking and resolution management
- Creating and uploading inspection checklist templates
- Updating construction field management site with installation/Cx progress
- Technical RFI development and tracking.
- First of Kind installation management.
- Control Parts receiving management.
- Receive parts and verify orders are accurate.
- Collect parts authentication documents and organize and upload data to cloud.
- Kit parts for shipment to project.
- Asset tagging management of field devices
- Wire Label management.
- Continuously develop relationships with existing customers and pursue opportunities which provide long-term customer relationships and revenue opportunities
- Educate customers on Baker Group capabilities not only in the building automation business, but also cross selling capabilities for revenue opportunities within other business units
- Develop solutions for customers utilizing internal estimating software and standard product selections. Review with Baker Group team members solutions prior to submitting to customer – make sure we can deliver what we are selling
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Experience in QA/QC management and execution.
- Experience in Automation and HVAC systems is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in estimating/managing automation projects, building and growing customer relationships
- Valid driver license with good driving record
- Ability to compare drawings, specs, submittals, materials and installations to identify discrepancies is key to being successful in this position.
