- Oversee process to ensure products produced in the factory adhere to the standards of quality and food safety.
- Lead operational support and improvement activities for the quality stream including but not limited to QA checks, problem solving, project implementation, and standard creation, revision, and implementation.
- Environmental testing in Dry Pet and Specialty Pet areas. Enter results, initiate and follow-up with corrective actions.
- Lead and support the hold management process, status control and final disposition. Conduct sampling and testing of hold product.
- Support the factory's laboratories with equipment upkeep, calibration, internal control plans, and training.
- Maintain QA programs including but not limited to Quality Collaboratives, References and Proficiency samples.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years of quality assurance in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment
- Must be comfortable working some weekends and holidays.

You will provide technical support for the factory in regard to all quality aspects during production while upholding safety and quality standards.
