- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and serve as a member of the interview team.
- Lead HR projects, including process improvements, employee programs and employee engagement initiatives, working with the Corporate HR team as appropriate.
- Advise and train managers and supervisors in employee relations and engagement practices and strategies.
- Partner with management to identify and coordinate development opportunities for employees to facilitate their growth.
- Partner with managers on performance management, including advising on performance reviews and performance improvement plans; provide guidance and direction on corrective actions as needed.
- Provide guidance, support, and recommendations for the resolution of complex employee relations activities.
- Respond to employee concerns; conduct internal investigations, while ensuring compliance with applicable Company policy and federal, state, and local statutes.
- Develop templates and forms for HR requirements and requirements using MS Office tools.
