Entry-Level Machine Operator

• Operate production machinery in accordance with print and specification. Assigned machines may include folders/cutters, stitch-trimmer, dye cutter, and similar equipment.
• Produce the required quality of material within the established specification.
• Inspect proof sheets to ensure the quality of printing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• An individual that is mechanically inclined.
• Ability to follow directions and work well as a team.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Good attendance.
