Job ID: 511978Siouxland Concrete Company, A CRH Company, is based in South Sioux City, Neb., and delivers ready mix concrete and related construction materials throughout the Siouxland region.Position OverviewThe Loader Operator will be responsible for keeping the bins full for concrete production and maintain loader and conveyers.Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
  • Operate front-end loader to transport materials to and from storage and processing areas.
  • Operate front-end loader to feed conveyors.
  • Inspect equipment prior to operation for any safety or maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the loader such as lubricating, fueling and cleaning.
  • Create and maintain inclines and ramps to excavated materials.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Requirements
  • Must be 18 years in age or older.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Report to the office dressed appropriately and ready to begin work at the designated start time.
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
