  • We are hiring immediately for a part time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
  • Location: Capital One Cafe - 6801 Hollywood Boulevard Suite 155, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Part time schedule; open availability is preferred. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; weekends are required. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous leadership experience preferred. Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
