- Ensure established safety policies are adhered to and followed while striving to improve safety awareness each day.
- Develop, implement and monitor standard workflow compliance for all warehouse groups/shifts.
- Build teamwork and collaboration within warehouse operation to increase morale and productivity thresholds.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Monitor work to meet/exceed established warehouse standards and prescribed volume requirements.
- Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
- Perform daily inspection of warehouse.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

- 5+ years of related professional supply chain or warehousing experience.
- Previous supervisor experience.
- Proficient in MS Office. Highly Proficient in Excel, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.

- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and internal customers.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- BA/BS in Logistics, Management or a related field.
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficient in SAP.
