- Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, providing technical guidance and input to product backlogs.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders across portfolios to ensure alignment and consistency of technical strategy.
- Serve as an expert in one or more technology stacks, sharing knowledge across teams and mentoring peers.
- Lead and participate in daily standups, retrospectives, and Agile practices, encouraging constructive feedback.
- Support software products in production, ensuring reliability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.
- Coach and guide team members on best practices in software design, development, and testing.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in .NET and React; Java experience is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database design.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and general networking and infrastructure practices.
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong business curiosity and initiative to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Competitive annual salary range: $95,700 – $170,925, based on experience and qualifications.
