- We are seeking a proven, driven and motivated sales professional to join our team. Must be high energy, passionate about helping others, be a result-focused, self-starter who is committed to making things happen and meeting assigned goals.
- This position is responsible for seeking out and developing our external referral relationships with organizations such as, visiting nursing agencies, hospice agencies, hospitals, geriatric care managers, estate planners, eldercare organizations and skilled nursing facilities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales-marketing goals with referral sources and families. This individual MUST be a self-starter, have excellent relationship building and management skills. Must be able to work with potential clients and their families by getting their commitment and all pertinent details, as required by the company to initiate in-home care services.
- Be able to attend early morning/occasional evening networking events
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Have the ability to work independently
- Demonstrate integrity, discretion consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
- Have the ability to organize, prioritize and close deals with tact
- Build relationships with referral sources and families
- Be a team player
- Must meet required metrics and quotas
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
