Program Scheduler- Defense- Onsite PositionWe are growing and are in need of a Program Scheduler to join our team in Santa Clarita, CAAs our Program Scheduler you will perform the necessary Project Control activities to support the assigned projects, which plays a critical role in driving the scheduling strategy for complex large-scale programs. This role requires advanced expertise in project scheduling, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance. Analyzes project schedules, depicting all project pre-requisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments in support of the Production Control activities as required per the Project Management Standards Manual (PMSM) for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. (20%)Creates, maintains and analyzes cost profiles, approved cost budgets, and forecasted revenue budgets as required per the PMSM for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. This includes performance of Earned Value (EV) and/or Pseudo EV cost and schedule analysis as required. (20%)Works closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Support project control activities which may include but are not limited to project set-up activities in the system as required using the project information contained in the IDI/Proposal or Change Request. (20%)Performs in-depth analysis of project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential risks, and recommends mitigation strategies. (20%)Facilitates schedule reviews and updates, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed of changes. Prepares and delivers high-level schedule presentations and reports on them.
