- Be the subject matter expert in the online catering ordering systems (current: Lunchbox, EZ Cater) and be the point of contact for primary troubleshooting and store support
- Ensuring that the catering office representatives are providing Best In Class customer service to our guests.
- Adding value to our customers' time by providing solutions to their catering needs.
- Generate weekly reports on catering office productivity and performance and provide coaching and goals to the catering office representatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing and Operations teams to establish sales goals and marketing promotions.
- Create a weekly schedule for the catering office representatives.
- Track catering issues and follow up with customers as needed.
- Troubleshoot office issues, customer service, or technical issues as they pertain to the catering office.
- Manage and maintain all office equipment.
- Make recommendations to customers with the goal of fulfilling the customers catering goals.
- Communicate directly with Taziki's locations on upcoming orders.
- Take an active role in the development of training materials needed to achieve catering sales goals.
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of catering call center representatives.
- Oversee store catering equipment and branding standards and practices
- Conduct field visits as needed to consult and coach markets on catering operations
- Minimum of three years working in guest service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior successful management of direct reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and advanced Excel knowledge and skills
- Maintain proactive approach with the ability to multitask, think creatively and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good customer service skills and the ability to be flexible with competing workload demands
- Maintain attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment as a proactive and enthusiastic team player
- Maintain professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand
- Monday - Friday, average of 40-50 hours per week.
- Hybrid work/office schedule
- Field market visit travel (estimated at 30%)
- Occasional travel is expected for meetings and company gatherings.
- Requires the physical mobility to sit and walk for moderate periods of time
- Requires the physical ability to occasionally carry or lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds
