- Oversee end-to-end production from development through X-factory and final delivery. Maintain Excel file updates for cross-functional team reference.
- Build and manage internal production timelines, proactively tracking progress and identifying potential delays
- Ensure timely handoffs between development, sampling, production, and logistics teams
- Monitor and chase X-factory dates, securing alignment with drop calendars and photoshoot deadlines
- Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and delivery of all photoshoot samples, bulk production, and launch-ready product
- Act as primary point of contact for all vendor communications related to bulk timelines, sample deliveries, and quality concerns
- Cultivate strong partnerships with international vendors to ensure reliable execution and proactive communication
- Monitor vendor performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
- Partner with vendors on raw material sourcing, production capacity, and order management
- Own product costing in partnership with vendors and the VP of Production
- Source competitive factory options and negotiate favorable rates
- Track DDP costs and optimize margins where possible
- Collaborate with operations on timely invoice approvals and payment tracking
- Partner with customer experience to investigate and resolve product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or fit complaints
- Lead monthly quality meetings to review customer feedback and implement corrective action plans with vendors
- Oversee execution of hang tags, polybags, and polymer production
- Act as a central point of contact for production updates across teams (design, marketing, logistics, operations)
- Provide consistent updates on sample deliveries, production timelines, and potential roadblocks
- Ensure production and marketing timelines are aligned, especially around launch dates and photoshoot needs
- 5-7+ years of experience in apparel production, with a strong preference for experience in activewear or athleisure
- Strong Excel skills. Analytical thinker.
- Proven experience managing international vendors and overseas production timelines
- Deep knowledge of garment construction, development, sourcing, and bulk production
- Strong understanding of cost structures, DDP pricing, and invoice processing
- Demonstrated success managing multiple SKUs across tight timelines in a startup or fast-growth environment
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and production tracking tools
- Experience working closely with design, technical design, logistics, and customer service teams
- Comfortable owning production calendars and working independently to drive timelines forward
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple complex timelines and juggle many moving parts

- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy with numbers, dates, and production specifications. Ability to create, update and maintain a shared excel spreadsheet.
