Cardinal Staffing is hiring for a Brite Dip Associate in Toledo, OH! This is a great opportunity to join a long-standing manufacturing company where you’ll be trained in plating processes and chemical maintenance. As a Brite Dip Associate, you’ll work in the plating department handling brass and copper parts. This role involves standing throughout the shift, working with chemicals, and helping ensure tanks are properly balanced for production. You’ll also have the opportunity to cross-train in other departments, making this a hands-on role with room to grow. Duties:
Plate and process parts in the brite dip department
Monitor and adjust chemical tanks (similar to maintaining pool pH balance)
Perform quality checks to ensure proper finish
Stand for the duration of your shift and handle repetitive tasks
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Support other departments as needed through cross-training
Training: Must complete at least 30 days of training on 1st shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Expect 5–10 hours of overtime per week
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Comfortable working with chemicals (training provided)
Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
