In this role, you will be tasked with promoting residential pest control solutions to both prospective and existing clients, with a focus on achieving sales targets within designated territories. Your responsibilities will encompass generating new sales leads, coordinating appointments, and implementing sales strategies. Moreover, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships through direct engagement and upselling endeavors.Responsibilities:
  • Promote residential pest control services to prospective and current clients through direct sales efforts.
  • Proactively reach out to potential leads, schedule appointments, and adhere to a consistent schedule.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers, fostering enduring client relationships.
  • Provide tailored product offerings to meet customer requirements, close sales, and secure referrals.
  • Collect pertinent customer information and facilitate payment transactions for each sale.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from both prospective and active customers, ensuring optimal satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing events such as home and garden shows to generate new leads.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advantageous to possess direct sales or marketing experience.
  • Willingness to relocate for the duration of the assignment.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation and hold a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quickly grasping product knowledge, strong organizational and sales skills, adeptness with modern technologies, effective prospecting, and account management abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as robust time management, organization, and leadership capabilities.
