We are seeking a Data Modeler with strong experience in Multifamily Data to support data architecture and design efforts. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and analysts to align data models with business requirements.Support data governance and ensure compliance with industry standards.Analyze existing data structures and recommend improvements.Document metadata, relationships, and business rules.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in data modeling.Strong knowledge of data warehousing, relational, and dimensional modeling.Multifamily Data and financial services experience highly preferred.Proficiency with data modeling tools (ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar).Strong analytical and communication skills.
