The Lead Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects within the multifamily sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.   • Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
  • Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
